Publish your CfP

Publish a beautiful Call for Participation that looks exactly like you want it.
You can include your event logo, customize the colors shown, or even upload additional CSS of your own if you require larger changes!
You can set multiple deadlines for different submission types, accept talks in multiple languages.
The systems allows running multiple tracks and tags per submission.
You can ask questions per submission or per person, for better insights.

Talk selection

Reviewers can help you with the selection of submissions, this allows you to select the best submission.
You can ask reviewers additional questions, and they can leave comments to help you understand their motivations.

Communicate effectively

Communicate effectively with your speakers!
Pretalx allows you to configure email templates in multiple languages.
Emails are placed in an outbox, untill you finalize your work, or personalize the email and can be send later.
You can also provide information and downloads for speakers on their profile pages.

Scheduling

Your speakers submit their availability during your event, so that you can accommodate everybody.
The visual scheduling tool will alert you of conflicts in timing, sizing, or other problems that may arise.
Once you have completed this task, you can release your schedule publicly, for the world to see!
You can also download a static export of all schedule pages, if you want to host the schedule in your event website.
